This personalized, live church office receives all incoming calls and reports urgent information to you daily!  As we stay updated with all of your updates and announcements, members can be assured that questions will be answered adequately. 

Also, all of your church programing is designed, folded and dropped off to your church! 

Our Visitor Outreach service allows us to extend gratitude on behalf of your church in the form of a warm phone call and letter, inviting them back and thanking them for their visit. 

In addition to all of this, we will assist you in the completion of your quarterly financial statements, via Quickbooks.

Central Customer Service Office

Now for our new and existing business owners, we offer a centralized, 9AM-4M customer service call center.  Equipped with all of your office needs, this office will receive all of your incoming calls and filter them through your selected customer filing base. 

Allow us to help your office stay organized by the appropriate customer service outlet!  We are your number one resource for administrative needs.

When speaking with our office, make sure to ask about other miscellaneous tasks that you can assign such as sending a fax or typing a letter.
